Rebates for conservation landscaping are available to single family residences, homeowners associations, condominium associations and other non-profits for replacing turf grass with native plants.
Eligible properties are offered a financial rebate of $1 per square foot (without soil improvement) or $2 per square foot (with soil improvement), with a minimum volume of 250 square feet. The maximum available rebate per property is $1,200. To receive a rebate you must apply prior to installing the landscaping and retain and submit itemized receipts and/or final invoices for all project costs. The rebate amount cannot exceed documented costs.
