Parking Meters

The City of Rockville offers nearly 700 spaces for metered parking. The city no longer accepts credit card payments via meter swipe.

Meters only accept quarters or MobileNOW! payments.

MobileNow! is a mobile app and the initial startup cost is $20. Look for the MobileNOW! sticker on accepted meters.

Most North Rockville Meters including Town Center	$1 per hour
Most South Rockville Meters surrounding Twinbrook Metro	$.50 per hour

All metered spaces in the city are free with valid handicap identification. Illegally parking in a handicap space will result in a fine.

Town Center Meters and West Middle Lane	Monday - Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
City Hall	Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All other meters	Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sundays and Holidays	Free
