Potomac Woods Park

    We are no longer accepting park reservation for our 2019 season. We will reopen park reservations on April 1, 2020.

Potomac Woods Park is situated on 42 acres and features a baseball field, basketball and tennis courts, gazebo, drinking fountains, grills, dog waste station, benches, picnic tables, parking, playground and restrooms.

Guidelines

  • Park picnic permit available April 1 through September 30.
  • Park must be permitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Non-alcohol and alcohol permits available.
  • Permits available from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. 

Permit Fees

All rentals require a $100 security deposit in addition to the rental fee. Public, private or charter schools receive a discounted rate depending on status. Review the park picnic rental information for pricing details.

Review Guidelines

Submit Application

Complete the online inquiry to request a park picnic area. We will reopen applications on April 1, 2020.


Approval and Payment

Once the application is received, an approval or denial will be made within 48 hours. If the requested date is available a park picnic permit will be sent via email.  The permit must be signed and returned with payment within 24 hours.
