Types of Classes and Lessons
We offer classes and drop-in sessions for Pilates, aerobics, zumba, sculpting, yoga, kickboxing and more. Our classes are tailored for all fitness levels, designed to challenge and motivate with skilled trainers who are supportive and fun.
Refine your technique, learn a new stroke or develop your swimming skills with our adult swim lessons. Our friendly staff, lead you through instruction tailored to your swimming level. We have four levels to accommodate any learner.
$40 for 30-minute session. $60 for 30-minute session for two people.
$5 discount for Swim and Fitness Center members.
